Feng Shui - Zodiac Calendar - Compass. Beautifully created Chinese calendar is rosewood with bone inlay and swivels open to reveal a compass and additional Chinese symbols. These tools were created in ancient China so the peasants would understand astrology practiced by their Emperor.

Based on calendar years not on constellations, a circle of animals were used to symbolize each year. The animals are the rat, ox, tiger, rabbit, dragon, snake, horse, sheep, monkey, rooster, dog and boar.
