Very Old and Beautifully Ornate Room Divider. The reverse side of the panels shows written out love poem in old Chnese symbols. (the English translation of the poem is available). The front of the panels show the poems visualization. The figures of people and the nature are incised into the wood panels and painted in vivid colors.

Even now, after so many years some of the colors. I do not know how old this screen is or who was the artist who created it, however it was obtained from an Embassy upon their re doing of the internal decor and had been in our home for more than twenty years.
